"They were very professional he confirmed our appointment and our agreement. He kept me posted on arrival times traffic was horrid coming from Brooklyn to queens. I personally brought our delivered hot water tank down to the basement since home depot just left it by the door Niko called me to the basement to show me a dent after they took it out of the box but he assured me it did not effect the tank I told him it was probably getting it to the basement but I appreciate his thoroughness They drained the old installed the new wrapped up the packaging for recycling made sure I knew the settings and how to change and took the old one with them.
