"Contractor very attentive with one exception. The finish was amazing on this 100-year old parquet floor. There was one issue, however. The contractor did NOT match the color of newly installed fill-in pieces in several rooms. This was extremely obvious when the floor was completed. The contractor should have stained it to match existing floor. (My realtor expressed that this needed to be repaired to rent the apartment.) Contractor said he would have to charge me again to re-sand and refinish the few pieces which would be 2 daysâ worth of work. As a contractor myself, mistakes are made, but we OWN and correct our mistakes. We NEVER charge the client for this. I will have to correct this myself. Very disappointed."

"Salvador and his crew just installed completely new hardwood floor in my entire second floor bedrooms and halls, including walnut borders. He did an amazing job and an amazing price! I would highly recommend him. He did a beautiful job. In addition, it may have been my best experience with a contractor. His attention to detail was impressive. He wants beyond just laying down the floor or even what was included in the contract because he wanted it done well, including level parts of the floor, finding a leak, adding trim, and reinforcing the stairs. He was super clean. He sectioned off the area with plastic sheeting and vacuumed constantly and move the furniture back. The work ethic was incredible. He was there early and stayed late so he could stay on schedule. He always had a pleasant attitude despite the work and the heat (it was during the heat waves in July). Truly exceptional."

"I clearly informed the provider about the size of my house (basement, first floor, second floor - I excluded two rooms so second floor was two bathrooms, bedroom, hallway). Brent came on time and worked for 4 hours. I asked if he was working alone and he stated that an assistant was expected. Assistant never came. Brent did a good job with the areas he attended to, but I discovered more and more BASIC things that had not been done, not had Brent said anything about needing to return another day or something like that. NOT DONE: toilet bowls and toilet seats were not cleaned, toilet tank cover not wiped down. FLOORS WERE NOT MOPPED.*Many kitchen countertops were NOT WIPED DOWN.* When I reached out to Brent about this later in the day, he was extremely defensive. He stated that he'd cleaned for 4 hours (true) and suggested that should be sufficient. Despite my listing clearly the BASIC things that were not done, he tried to deny that the were reasonable expectations. (Wiping down the kitchen countertops is not a given in a house cleaning??). I reminded him that an assistant was supposed to work alongside him and never did - had the assistant been there, the work would have gotten done. If Brent became aware at some point that he couldn't reasonably finish the job for the quoted price ($225) or the time he had, HE SHOULD HAVE JUST SIMPLY STATED THIS TO ME, not deny it and try to justify his omissions. Stupidly, I sent him a tip of $35 before I saw clearly how much had not been done. I requested a partial refund. Haven't heard from him."

"Jason and his team were professional and efficient from start to end. The owner jason has tons of expertise that helped us understand exactly what we needed to do to get the look we wanted. His team was in our home next day ready to work. Alfredo was exceptional right out of the gate. Him and his helper wrapped everything exposed and got right to work. We had what looked like a brand new space in just 2 days. Would recommend this company to anyone. "
