"Bob the Builder Inc. is an excellent company. They are professional and do outstanding work. Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. Their crew quickly and thoroughly gave me a new roof, gutters, vents and a solar attic fan. I was impressed how clean they left my property everything was hauled away. I would not hesitate to use them again in fixing or remodeling my home."

"Wow! My roof looks awesome.. crew very courteous and efficient.. did my entire roof in one day and they cleaned up everything! Highly recommend!"

"This is the 3rd major project Trivic Remodelers has done for us - starting with a kitchen remodel in 2008, then a tear off and replacement of our roof, and now building a new full bath in our basement. Most of all, we appreciate that when the project is done, it's done right. The guys show up when they say, clean up after themselves and explain what they're doing. I also really appreciate their guidance on where to try and save a few bucks and where not to when it comes to picking out hardware, flooring, etc."

"We have once again reached out to Joe Kim at J & K Home Improvements when we had a new project planned. We were completely satisfied when we replaced our siding and roof with Joe. Now Joe and his professional crew have replaced all our windows . There are never surprises or additions from when the job is quoted. Once again we are totally satisfied and delighted with their work!! It has been a stress free experience each and every time."

"I really could not have asked for better administrative and management service. The actual work and the carpenter himself was equally as great. The carpenter was creative in delivering a great product. I would like to assume that some carpenter would have charged a bit less, but it would not have been worth the savings to either get inferior service, a headache, or a questionable product."

"It was amazing customer service, and extremely honest service. I had Steve come out to check my roof out initially to see if I needed to have a new roof or if just replacing the shingles would be fine. He explained everything as plain as day, so that I would understand exactly what he was saying. He was extremely honest with the situation of my roof and in no way was trying to be a salesman. Steve is very knowledgeable and very personable, he made me feel like he really cared about my house and the situation I was in. I will without question be using Solar Plus USA for all of my roofing needs in the future and will be sure to pass his information along to anyone I know who is having roofing issues."

"After severe weather hit our area we noticed water pooling and leaking through our ceiling. We called for a roof damage repair and the crew arrived promptly to inspect the structure. They identified membrane tears on our commercial property and explained that patch fixes wouldn't hold up long-term. We decided to install roof systems across the entire top floor instead. The team handled the install roof process with incredible efficiency tearing away the damaged material and applying a high-grade EPDM coating. They also sealed all seams around the drainage outlets. Since the roof replacement our building has stayed completely dry through heavy rainfall. The quality of work and clear communication throughout the project gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend their expertise for any flat roof repair or complete replacement project."

"Sam was very knowledgeable about the work being done. He walked with me throughout the entire roof and explained the options available to me. Sam and his crew done an amazing job considering the hand of cards they were dealt on my part. I know it wasnâ t the easiest job but him and his crew got it done and done right. Sam also gave me a good price for the replacement of my roof. I will definitely use Illinois Affordable Roofing & Tuckpointing again. If anyone is looking for an honest professional company for roofing & more Sam and his team are the truth. Look No Further."

"Russ Dal Bianco came to my home and provided me with an estimate. He explained everything his crew would be doing in detail. Now I received 3 others estimates from contractors off Angie's List. As was the case with this company, they also had the Superior Service Award distinction. Not only did Dal Bianco Roofing have the best price, but I wasn't charged for some extras the other companies wanted to charge me for. For deteriorated or rotted wood, the other companies were going to charge either a specified amount per foot or per sheet. Russ did not. 2 of the other 3 companies were going to charge a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Russ did not. Russ also took the initiative to install some new additional vents where needed. The biggest seller for me though was I forgot to tell Russ (prior to him giving me the estimate ) I was an Angie's List member so that I could receive the Angie's List discount. When I later called to inform him of this, he could have very well told me it was already included in the estimated price. He did not. He told me he would take it off when I made the payment. He did. That spoke to his character, and that was all that I needed. The roof looks great. Everything went perfect. The crew was punctual. They cleaned up everything when they finished. I have no complaints at all."
