"The sewer was rooted from the outside clean out. The tech was able to remove a large clump of roots but was unable to get the big cuitter all the way to the end. He was able to punch a hole through with a smaller cutting tool. He could not give the standard warrenty on his work since the big cutter could not make it through. He recommended, in the Spring, to have the sewer line looked at with a camera and determine what is blocking the big cutter from reachinmg the end of the sewer line."

"We had a reoccurring puddle in our yeard when we used large amounts of water. On a day off, I called in the afternoon, and the man made an appointment to do an estimate the following day. A couple of hours later, he called back because of a conflict in his schedule. To my delight, he offered to come over immediately instead, which worked better for our schedule. He came over, on time, with an assistant. They attempted to assess the problem, but were honest when noting that they couldn't be sure of the exact issue until digging. We made an appointement for them to return later that week. Upon return, they determined that we had to have a section of the pipe replaced. Later that afternoon, they began work, and finished the next day. The only issue I had was the giant mound of dirt they left behind. Because of the size difference in the pipe they replaced, there was a dirt pile 3.5 feet tall and 20 feet long. Eventhough some had to remin behind to compensate for settling, some could have been carried away. While the price was high, it wasn't higher than the service from another company. Both men who came were polite, helpful, informative, and professional. I hope we don't have to use them again (who needs more septic problems?), but we would."

"Heartland Plumbing is a family-owned business. Brandon is the owner and was also the lead plumber on my project. When the owner is doing the work, you know it is getting done right. Brandon is very professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing. Two of his employees that also worked on my project were just as professional and courteous. Brandon has a and quot;can-doand quot; attitude. I got estimates from two other plumbers who moaned and complained about how difficult the job would be. Brandon was confident that he could do it without major difficulty. While his estimate wasn't the cheapest, it was very close to the others, and I felt his level of professionalism and quality of work was well worth a few extra bucks. I am very particular about the way work is performed in my home, and Heartland Plumbing and Sewer met all of my expectations. I will continue to use Heartland Plumbing in the future and have already scheduled Brandon to come back and do some additional work for me. I also recommended him to a neighbor who needed a hot water tank replaced. Brandon installed a tankless water heater for her, and she and her husband both thanked me for the recommendation. If you need a plumber, look no further. <br />"

"Sewer backed up into basement, big time rain. You know the one we were <br /> praying for all summer, not so much now. Called on Friday night, around <br /> 7-8pm after getting number from Angie's list. Got a lady that does there <br /> call service. I really did not think I would here anything until <br /> business hours Saturday. In 5-10 minutes I had a call back from Jim. He <br /> said he could come out in the morning with one person ahead of me. Now I <br /> have to do this about ever 3-4 years because of maple tree in my yard. <br /> The older gentleman that had done this for years died and I have tried <br /> two other business's that did not impress me. Turney's had the right <br /> equipment, I have become somewhat an expert as to the cutting heads, etc <br /> that is used after all these years. He got the line cleaned out, <br /> cleaned up his mess and I will be calling him back if I need my sewer <br /> cleaned out again. I was impressed with these guys a few years back when <br /> I was getting my A/C replaced. I went with someone closer to my home <br /> and that was a mistake. These guys are pro's. <br />"

"I called Smith General contracting to ask about putting new gutters on my home. They were extremely friendly, informative and responsive, and not to mention, very fast. They are clearly inundated with other business but they made me feel like my job was just as important as any others. When they came and quoted the job, I gave them plenty of opportunity to over-sell and they didn't. They were straight-forward an honest about what I needed to do sooner than later. They clearly understand the full spectrum of customer service. These guys run a solid operation. The contractors they hire were also extremely friendly and professional. It seemed like everyone went the extra mile rather than do the bare minimum. I will absolutely hire them again."
