I asked him to view the project and give us an estimate. He was very quick with his estimate and made us aware of work that needed to be done in the adjacent room because of the deteriorated floor. He didn’t Pressure us or anything about the extra work, he just made us aware of the condition with a description and pictures. It was our decision to go ahead with The additional work. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Then I asked him to do our pine straw. He’s a hard worker, showed up when he said he would and gave us a fair price. Communication between us was very good and he’s super polite and aims to please the customer. Would definitely hire again."
