"Josh from Blackbeard Electric was phenomenal! I called today with an issue with a ceiling fan w/lightsâ ¦ I was changing a bulb that was out, and it popped and sizzled as soon as I removed the bulb and I could smell a brief smell of electrical wires smoldering!! Josh showed up and assessed the issue quickly! The wires/motor in the remote box had fried! You could see charred burn marks on the wires, casing and circuit board. Josh had taken down the old fan and replaced it with a new one I ran out to purchase within 1 hour!! Josh was tidy, polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable in his field! For a credible, highly recommended, licensed and insured electrician to come out same-day, I was expecting a hefty invoice! I was completely shocked (haha) when he gave me the total cost!
