They did the flooring measurements and provided that estimate right away. The rest was presented about 2 weeks later, and was still missing one component. They said they were waiting on a sub-contractor. That was the last we heard from them until 3-4 weeks later when they called to follow-up on the flooring install bid. They didn't realize they were calling the same people they had bid the bathroom remodel for.
