"Outstanding workmanship and customer service. Taylor was very responsive and extremely helpful from start to finish. Helped us decide on the perfect product (when there's so many options out there!) for our design and family needs, and color matching the wood from our stairs to match the new install. We removed old carpet to replace with engineered hardwood, and Taylor was able to tighten the nails under the floor to help alleviate some of the "creaky" sounds that were previously driving us nuts before laying the new floors. He was efficient, always on time, and very accommodating when trying to schedule. Always over and above, and the end result was just stunning. Extremely pleased. "We had a very good experience with Jon and the crew at Designer Lifestyles. After getting quite a few quotes from many different installers, we went with this team to replace 2,600 square feet of carpet and vinyl with wood and tile. In addition to installing the flooring, they also worked to install new outlets in our floors on the first floor and repaired a hole in the wall created as a result of the new outlets. It was quite a large job and took a bit longer than we expected, but we are very happy with the results. The crews all worked hard and did a great job. Shiloh and the wood flooring team were there every day, right on time, and were very careful with the work they did. They left at the end of each day with a plan as to what was going to happen the next day. Craig was excellent with the tile work and completed his job right on time as well. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The price was in line with the others in the area for a job this large and we believe it was fair. The only thing I would change would be our expectation for how long the job would take. It took longer than we were told, but in the end, with all things considered, we are happy with our new flooring."

Mark installed approximately 2000 square feet of laminate flooring and 400 square feet of terracotta tile along with prepping the floors and taking all the existing materials up. "Work was estimated to take 2 weeks on a 1976 sq. ft. ceiling; it took a little over 2 weeks. Paul, David and Lincoln were very meticulous on the popcorn removal and steps after that (sanding, applying the mud, caulking and touching up needed areas). Ceiling looks like it is brand new. They also replaced batteries in all of the smoke detectors. I would hire them again for the same project and will hire them for future projects."
