"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"It was a fair job. One man came to do the work. I had specified before that due to allergies we needed the beds pulled away from the wall, so the whole area under the bed could be cleaned as well. I didn’t watch him every moment, but I don’t think he moved the beds to clean as I had requested. I was a little disappointed because of this. The price was fair though, but I’m not sure I would do it again."

"Our purchase was for a "$1200-value holiday cleaning" for $300 for our approximately 1550 sf home. The two cleaners were punctual, professional and, though not particularly detailed-oriented, hard-working and readily responsive to direction. On balance, the service provided amounted to merely your typical $300 service and, in most respects, nothing resembling what one should expect from a so-called "$1200-value holiday cleaning." | |With the exception of window-washing, the "$1200-value" service includes only routine tasks within the interior of the home and, then, not even all of those. Other than the window-washing, any task beyond a routine day's housecleaning incurred an additional fee. We were required to pay an extra $40 to have cleaned a small fridge kept in our garage that needed to be used for *holiday* meal prep. (And even after shelling out the additional $40 we discovered a week or so later that spillage accumulated at the bottom had not been touched). The cleaners were permitted to clean only the outside of a glass curio cabinet (neither the inside of the glass doors nor the shelving and items on them were included); neither did "holiday" cleaning include cleaning/polishing the wood entry door and brass fixtures. | |There were a few other slippery "exclusions" and areas of mild dissatisfaction, but the foregoing suffices to sum up our evaluation. In the end, our home was given a satisfactory--but exceedingly routine-- $300 cleaning...for a $340 price. A "holiday" cleaning it was by no means. A bargain is only a bargain if it lives up to its advertisement."

"It was really well, they were on time, friendly and really tried to to understand my needs. They brought their own cleaning supplies and vaccum. They left the house in great shape and had experience with cats which was a big plus. I would definitely hire again!"
