"We moved into our new home in January and wanted to replace Window Blinds throughout the house.  We looked at the Big Box stores and the National Franchise services but found that their cookie cutter approach and pricing was less then attractive.  We decided to look for small retial firms near us to support our community and to secure quality service.
We referred to ABC and called them to set up a meeting.  Chris responded to our call and we met at our house to discuss our needs and to look at the scope of work.  Chris came prepared with samples and options and took a full measuremnet of the project.  He reviwed product options and made a recommendation.  He then prepared his cost estimate on the spot which we found very competitive.
We placed our order with a 50% downpayment.  The next day Chris confirmed our order with an estimated time to deliver and install 20+ window blinds of 21 days.  As our delivery date approached, we were contacted by CHris to set up an intallation date.  Chris and his assistant arrived at our house on time and did an outstanding installation in under 2 hours.He walked us through the job, made adjustments as required and left our house clean with new beautiful window shades.
When you are looking to replace window shades, shop around and look at options and pricing.  We looked at our options with Costco and Home Depot and found the options limited, pricing noncompetive which left us less then confident in getting good service.  We decided to look local for this project to get the best customer service and product options."

"It went very well. The windows look amazing. The pro was very responsive and professional from the first call to the end of the project. He took care with the installation and even explained a better way to raise and lower the blinds. I would hire him again and definitely recommend him."

"Had the pleasure of working with Glenn, who is as friendly as he is knowledgeable. Glenn walked me through all of the different options that fit within my desired look and price range and I was very happy with the blinds I walked away with. "The entire faucet was rusted solid except for the handle. The handle turned fine, but the faucet just leaked. The handle had to be sawed off and the collar ring also had to be sawed off. Claudio and his assistant warned me that cutting the ring could potentially damage the threads and the wall would have to be opened up! That job would have cost 5 times my initial budget. Claudio's steady hand was able to cut the ring without damaging the threads. There was another problem once the ring was off. The new replacement part did not fit. Claudio went out and picked up a part that matched and replaced it. The job did eventually cost more than I had initially budgeted, but there were unanticipated obstacles that Claudio resolved with no aesthetic damage to the bathroom. I would hire again."

"Everything from the call to empire to the installation went very quickly and smoothly. If you see a carpet you like but find that it's to expensive, do not become discouraged the agent will ask you what is a good price for you. He/she will give you options, they want your business. Do be up front with empire."
