"Bruno was very eager to do a good job.  I walked through what was needed and then he went to work.  The quality of the work was very strong and the comfort of knowing he will stand by his product for warranty purposes is very reassuring.  A fair and balanced review has to include areas for improvement.  1- Bruno was late because his cell phone has a technical problem and when he finally had access, he called to apologize and made sure to came the same day.  2- Bruno could have done a more thorough job cleaning the residual dust, I went over everything afterwards.
