"He hired Tom Harrop to install kitchen cabinets and a heater under the kitchen sink, vinal flooring, plastering in a small area, add ceiling lighting and a shiplap ceiling. Once the work was done I asked Tom to do a walk through and he refused saying he stood behind his empoyees work. Here are the PROs and CONs. PROs: 1.) work was completed in a timely fashion 2) they did a beautiful job on the shiplap ceiling and lighting. CONs: 1) The brand new white cabinets had some nicks requiring paint touch up. 2) Terrible job on the floors! Uneven spots, lengths are uneven at the edges, gaps showing, no finish work. Terrible job!! 3) plastering looks like it wasn't even done! And there is some peeling of paint on the plaster job. Terrible job!!! 4) we were promised and paid for an under the kitchen sink heater which we never received. Called multiple times with no response. Lesson learned, will never use Tom Harrop again!!"

If you still choose them (?) then make sure an attorney reads anything you sign as every minuscule detail must be written or they will not take any responsibility! And read financing terms very carefully as they scroll through the contract speaking but the content does NOT match what they spew! Then the threats start demanding approval for the terrible, incomplete job. You?ll be ignored and ghosted once they get their money after placing in writing the modifications that will (not) occur!"

"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"
