"The experience was fine, they were good. I would use them again if I get a good price on what I wanted done. I had hired them to come out to clean the gutters. While they were on the roof, the guy saw the chimney needed work badly. The owner of the company came out and looked at it. He agreed so I hired them. I thought that was very good. They did pretty well cleaning up the mess. It took two hours one day and two hours the next day to complete the job because they had to let something dry."

"Contacted 3 chimney repair companies listed on this website. All with A ratings. Needed repair to one masonry chimney crown and possibly a replacement cap for the home oil burner vent. Above All Chimney and Masonry rep arrived on time for estimate and inspected both locations. He advised the oil burner cap was in good shape and did not need replacement. He completed a written estimates for two different methods for repairing the crown before leaving. One of the other companies never showed up. The rep from the third company never inspected the oil burner vent and tried to sell me a spray sealer treatment for masonry. Told I would get telephone call estimate. A day later received a call with an expensive estimate for cap replacement, crown repair, and sealer treatment. Contacted Above All and set appointment within a week to complete the repair. Arrived on time and completed repair quickly."

"I called and they were able to get me in within 2wks of my call. Service associate called to let me know he was on his way, and then arrived within the service window. He was very clean by putting down drop cloths and running his shopvac the entire time to capture all dust. He completed the entire cleaning in less than 30min. He was the same associate that cleaned my chimney last year...very professional and polite. I will definitely be hiring E&E for years to come."

"We had 2 other estimates to fix a leak in our parapet wall, and Romano was right in the middle of what they quoted. It was worth it. Jay had to reschedule the first appointment, and was very late for the second appointment, but did call well in advance and apologized when he did arrive, taking full accountability. He fixed the leak in the parapet wall and also pointed out other issues that would've become serious problems down the line if we didn't take care of them. We had him repair them too. He also noted the conditions of our adjoining neighbor's roof and how it might affect our roof over time and that another cause of potential leaks we were having was the masonry of our brickwork. He was really helpful by pointing these things out, which don't benefit Romano Roofing in any direct way."
