"Mark did an excellent job on various projects. He called first thing in the morning regarding roof repairs that I requested the evening before. He came out later that morning to give an estimate after inspecting and I was extremely pleased with the estimate. While he was here, I had him look at the toilet in the secondary restroom and the fence that was leaning because I saw that he also did various handyman jobs and once again the estimate for all projects wasn't even half of what I was expecting to pay, He came back that afternoon to repair the roof, the fence and changed out the floater in the toilet. He was very nice, wasn't pushy nor did he try to convince or upsell me that I needed additional work done on my roof. He did an excellent job on all the work. I was extremely happy that I didn't have to spend thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend him for repairs or any other maintenance."

Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional. They had obviously knew what they were doing and had worked together before. I am thoroughly impressed with the installation and the product."

"Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. We were pleased with the company overall."

"I contacted three companies for bids. ?Lamar Lang with Titan was easily the most professional company representative that looked at the job. ?His explanations were clear and he went out of his way to discuss all options with me. We agreed to move forward back in February understanding it would take about 8 weeks for delivery of the custom windows. The new windows?arrived the last week in April and we scheduled installation for 5/3. ?The crew arrived on time, carefully covered the floor and all furniture in the work area and completed the installation in about 6 hours. They even took time to touch up some of the exterior paint as they worked. ?By the end of the day we had new windows and you would not have known they had ever been here.? Within 24 hours I had a call from management checking to make sure i was pleased with the installation and to ask if I had any questions and/or issues. I only wish all home improvement projects could go this easily. Bottom line: ?We are pleased."
