He came out later that morning to give an estimate after inspecting and I was extremely pleased with the estimate. While he was here, I had him look at the toilet in the secondary restroom and the fence that was leaning because I saw that he also did various handyman jobs and once again the estimate for all projects wasn't even half of what I was expecting to pay, He came back that afternoon to repair the roof, the fence and changed out the floater in the toilet. The crew was prompt, efficient, clean and very quick. The only negative is that they were expensive. Like to the tune of 30-40% more...but, no problems, no issues, no drama.
