He also planted a holly fence in another region of our backyard with similar beautiful results. Recently, we also asked him to plant a green giant living fence in another part of our property. He has also landscaped several garden beds with very pleasing results. He is very reliable and always returns quickly to address any questions or problems. Mr. Pryor is very knowledgeable in the care and upkeep of his plants, having taken many agricultural extension courses . His planting crews are also knowledgeable and very careful in completion of all work from planting, installing drip irrigation systems, developing garden beds, and pruning of trees and shrubs as they grow large. I recommend his tree nursery without any reservations."

"I was using TruGreen lawn service to treat my grass.  They were here last September 2015.  It was $86 per treatment.  They said it was pet friendly but I believe it gave my pets allergies.  They could have not lead me to believe that it was pet friendly.  I wouldn't tell a friend about them.  It depends on if the friends had pets or not. "

Jim responded to my request, gave me a reasonable estimate for the work, and an accurate estimate as to when he would be able to complete the job. Jim even suggested additions that I hadn't thought of that improved what I had in mind and will make it easier in the future if I want to expand the system. "It was a pleasure working with Custom Soneworks and Design. The original start date was pushed back because of weather but Tony called and informed me early. His crew came out on the following week and began the project. Any delays were due to weather related issues not his quality of workmanship. Work was scheduled for a Friday but still was finished within a week even with the weather delays included. He did give the option of 2 designs that I asked for, the other was a little less expensive which I did not purchase. The crew returned removed the forms from the concrete pour replaced the dirt around the side of the Pad and cleaned up the area and I did not know they had returned and finished."

"The C ratings are explained herein. The installation was well done with the exception of the mounting of the bracket that holds the filter assembly to the wall. Improper anchors were used for a concrete basement wall. These failed over the first year or so due to the pressure that must be exerted in removed the filter housing. The company returned upon request and corrected this issue. The only other issue was that the installer upon completing the work just picked up and left without providing any explanation. After being contacted, a company representative returned and gave an explanation of operation of the system and an apology."
