"BR flooring was able to obtain a perfect match for the existing hardwood in the house, which saved us a ton of time, money, and aggravation. They provided us with samples so we could check the match ahead of time. They completed the flooring work very quickly and executed it flawlessly, they look just like the other floors in the house. The stairs they put in at first unfortunately did not match the floors nor the existing railing. Good group of guys showed up to perform the work.  However, the work performed was just fair.  I ended up with paint drippings on approx. 70% of my roman shades throughout the house and more on the floor in a number of places.  I was supposed to get 2 coats throughout the home.  To me, two coats means two coats.... one coat applied, let dry, second coat applied.  To them, it means using a roller wither a deeper pile.  So, get up close to my walls and you can see the color beneath where the coverage wasn't enough.  Luckily my new color was really similar to my old, so it's not a glaring issue.

My mudroom was painted an incorrect color.  It appears that they had run out of the color needed and just moved forward with what they had instead of driving 1 mile to Sherwin Williams and picking up a gallon.  Again, the color wasn't a drastic change from the other, so maybe they thought it would go unnoticed??

I'm a business owner myself and understand the importance of speed of work to maximize your profit, but NEVER at the expense of quality and professionalism.  Slow down, take a bit less profit, do incredible work and watch your business explode!
