"I was confronted with a last minute need for a remodel to my condo rental. I didn't plan much time to arrange for a designer since it was so unexpected, but fortunately I chose to visit Designer Kitchen & Bath. I mostly needed someone to understand my need for immediate assistance since I lived out of state and needed to return home. I met Barbara and thankfully she took time out of the day on very short notice to meet me at my condo to discuss the remodel. Once at the condo, I expressed to Barbara my desire to have her handle the remodel entirely including her choice of flooring, countertops, backsplash, paint, tile, and new appliances. Barbara was completely willing to handle the entire re-design of my condo with little input from me. I was also pressed for time on the remodel because I had a tenant waiting to move in. Barbara got working on the remodel right away and kept me up to date on the progress, including any minor setbacks that arose. She was available to me whenever I called her to check-in. The entire process was comfortable for me and I felt as though Barbara was looking out for my time-sensitive situation. I was very pleased once I saw the remodel complete. The work was well done and Barbara chose just the style and look that I wanted. I would recommend Designer Kitchen and Bath to any of my friends or family."

"We were remodeling our bathrooms and found mold in two of the three.  We needed to have the mold removed asap, as our contractor was on a tight schedule.  I called a couple of places, but Country Wide Proserve was the only company that actually answered the phone and had someone out the next day.  They were very friendly and showed us the source of the mold to make sure that we did the plumbing the correct way to prevent that in the future.  I will use them again and recommend them to anyone I know with mold problems.
