"Brilliant. I could not be happier nor could my husband Chad. Within the 1st 5 minutes of meeting him before we decided to hire him. I was already like "He is the one to get this done, he knows his stuff". I did not see anyone else for estimates after. And he did not try to sell me on things we did not need which is a plus as well. Today the removal of that huge tree went so smoothly and fast. The stump grinding was excellent as well (he also did 3 extra small stumps for me). And now our back yard is clean and ready for us to do an add on the patio and artificial grass. We also hired Alex and his company to do the rock in our front yard. He is also installing an irrigation system. I can not wait for them to do that :) I know this is a long review, but we are thrilled with the work. And because we are so impressed we will never look elsewhere. This is the most professional and kind company I have ever been around. I would give them 1000 stars if I could. A truly fantastic job. Hire them and you will not regret it!!!"

"We initially purchased the sprinkler tune up offer and learned a lot about our system.
Although we aren't ready to actually go ahead and use their service just yet, we got a clear written estimate of a future job.
The estimate included replacing  the current watering system brain, fixing all leaks along the lines, replacing our current, above ground water valves with an in-ground unit and also removing the current rock and installing grass. We have a large area and learned that we currently have a sprinkler system in place under the rock to reduce cost. The quoted price included all labor and materials. We would have gone ahead and signed right there and then but other high priority (and high priced) projects popped up inside the house.
We were more than pleased and impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and courtesy at the consultation.

The guy came out and called me to inform that he would be here at a particular time. He was there at the specified time. He spent a lot of time with me. He went over each thing that he would do and walked around the yard. He pointed out each thing and told me how he would do it. He sent me a written estimate through an e-mail explaining out exactly what each thing that he would do would cost. I was impressed by that. He was very thorough in what he would do and how he would do it. So, I was very comfortable with what he said. That’s why I chose Desert Gardens and they are going to come out on Saturday to get the work done."

Our existing patio is made out of pavers and you can't even tell where the old patio ends and the new part starts. We are very pleased with everything from the original design to the completion. Mike was nice and helpful and made a virtual plan so we could see what it would look like. There were five guys doing the work and they were friendly and the hardest workers I have ever seen. Quality workmanship. They did excellent cleanup daily. It took three and a half days from start to finish."

"Ken's Lawn Service was very responsive but as far as knowledge, I'd put a C. I have a different kind of grass because we live in Vegas and he had no idea what kind of grass I have. He couldn't do it initially because the ground was too hard. The price was an A. When I tried to explain on the phone what I had, he didn't know what I was talking about. I had to soften up the ground and he did come back. He was a very nice guy, I just was not comfortable that he didn't know what kind of lawn that I have. He was punctual."
