"We initially purchased the sprinkler tune up offer and learned a lot about our system.
Although we aren't ready to actually go ahead and use their service just yet, we got a clear written estimate of a future job.
The estimate included replacing  the current watering system brain, fixing all leaks along the lines, replacing our current, above ground water valves with an in-ground unit and also removing the current rock and installing grass. We have a large area and learned that we currently have a sprinkler system in place under the rock to reduce cost. The quoted price included all labor and materials. We would have gone ahead and signed right there and then but other high priority (and high priced) projects popped up inside the house.

He sent me a written estimate through an e-mail explaining out exactly what each thing that he would do would cost. I was impressed by that. He was very thorough in what he would do and how he would do it. So, I was very comfortable with what he said. That’s why I chose Desert Gardens and they are going to come out on Saturday to get the work done."

"Ken came out right on time to take a look at my lawn to aerate it. It may not be the biggest lawn but it is still grass...and I wanted to keep it as green as possible! The biggest problem is actually the size which is a scant 15 x 30 area with a planter on 2 sides and I worried if he could get his equipment in and be able to turn and do a decent job. He assured me that the process would really benefit the lawn as i have 2 large dogs that enjoy the grass and maneuvering wouldn't be all that difficult. He brought the aerator into the yard and 15 minutes later he was done. The plugs that were left behind dissolved as he said and the water was now penetrating down deeper which allowed me to water less! Ken aw helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable.
