"After much research for both materials and contractors I am so pleased with the end result. I only wish my search for just the right flooring was as easy as finding just the right Las Vegas flooring installation contractor: Soebbing Flooring Inc. dba ES Design Flooring Specialists. One of the primary websites that I used Angie’s List (and because I am a compulsive researcher, I also checked out Home Adviser and the Better Business Bureau). All the positive comments made about ES Design were true. My first and primary connect was Renee Ferrari. She is an absolute pleasure to work with: attentive, responsive, but neither pushy, nor an “upseller.” Because our home is a high rise condo and water damage from sprinklers, as well as leakage from other units, is a definite concern Renee suggested Luxury Vinyl Plank. When I told her my research had included LVP, but that I could not find any that I thought really looked enough like hardwood to suit me, so I had chosen Pergo TimberCraft + WetProtect Waterproof Hillcrest Hickory Handscraped Wood Plank Laminate Flooring. She said that she thought what I had selected would be suitable for our needs – with one minor adjustment as an extra safety precaution - because we were also putting it in the kitchen (the LR/DR and kitchen are one large “great room”) – and that was to unhook the dishwasher to avoid possible leaks. For us that was highly doable, because we do very little cooking, and thus, very little washing up. The installation went without a hitch. The crew, headed up by Jose, was not only on time, but actually early, every day. They worked diligently, but did not rush. They did detailed work that I had not even thought of, and cleaned up each evening before they left. Renee came by to check to make sure that things were going properly and that I was satisfied with the progress. They actually finished the job before I had anticipated it would be completed – and very importantly, no project drama! I could not be happier with Renee and ES Design's work product and their service. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"This was the third time we've used Robert Clark to install hard wood in various places within our home.  Each time the results have been great.  This third time we were under a time crunch and needed it completed in 5 days.  The work was scheduled to take "up to 10 days" depending on the quality of the floor after the removal of the ceramic tile (previously the wood replaced carpet).  Luckily, the floor was level and in great condition (although Toll Brothers, the builder, put down an aggressive amount of mud under the tiles all of which had to be taken out), so we anticipated that we could get the job completed in our timeframe!!!  We kept pushing the team of installers to please help us reach our timeline and they indicated it shouldn't be an issue -- but by the end of day 3 only a tiny section of the floor was down and it had us concerned.  They indicated that they didn't have a full crew all week long, and in truth, the guys that did come to our home daily showed up daily around 9:30-10am, and left around 3pm or a little later, so our concerns seemed to be legitimate.  On day five, they ended up staying until 9pm to finish the job and for that, we're grateful.  The floor looks great and the guys were very nice and professional.  They did a good job preparing for the job (although my husband prepped the room with removing all furniture and prepping with plastic for 90% of the areas) as well as cleaning up -- we have a full stone wall in this area where the floor went down and they used an air compressor to blow fine debris off the stone wall top to bottom as well as helped in cleaning the rest of the area during and after the installation.  We purchased the wood and materials separately each time but Robert Clark installed the wood all three times.  Each time, the price was as quoted and we believe, was very fair.  I would recommend this company for installation of hard wood in your home!"

"Overall, we are very pleased with the results of our floor.  The tile crew was complete in one day and the wood installers took just a little over two days to install 2400 sq ft with glue. They removed the carpet and old tile and moved furniture around as required. We get compliments on the wood floor consistently and it is well deserved. We give the tile guys a C+ as not all of the tiles are level in the bathroom.  Wood installers get an A.

"Rudolph arrived on time and was prepared to work the full day if needed to complete our projects. He has integrity! We had a laundry list of items to be repaired, and he let us know for several items on the list that we should hire another provider to complete the work. Some things he said he could do, but wouldn't do it as well as another professional. He even went so far as to provide us recommendations for who to call for a couple things (custom door weather stripping & ceiling fan repairs). We will be hiring him again later this year to repair and paint our fence/gates as well as install casters on a cabinet. The only reason I gave him a 'B' for quality was because one of our chair legs was repaired with a gap where there shouldn't be a gap, so the attention to detail on this repair faded. The quality of that work was not on par with everything else. He has promised to deliver puddy when in the area next since re-doing the repair may damage the chairs thanks to the wood glue. The wood glue overflow seemed excessive to my husband, but I believe that is normal and we were able to remove it once dry. The other 'B' for professionalism was regarding cleanup - which is one of my pet peeves with contractors. The keys to my back fence gate (which includes a house key) were left in the gate unattended during the day, and not returned at the end of the day. There were extra pieces of the chicken wire which we had to throw away. And the old chicken wire was thrown away in our recycling bin instead of trash bin."
