"Had my front porch turned into a mudroom. Had to wait for project start due to weather, etc, but once started, went lickety split and I love it! Framing in the porch after tying it all into my house structure for ensured longevity and strength (solid as a rock), adding tons of insulation, moving my front water spigot (great plumber), dry wall, texturing, painting, adding a light, switch and outlet, laying luxury vinyl for flooring, base boards, re-siding the outside to match my house, adding a little trex deck with a solid railing and - done in a few long days!!
