"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Contractor left a large paint sprayer in our garage for 4 months while the house was rented by vacationing guests. (the house is a vacation rental home.)  I had to point out to contractor that they painted over a fungus that was growing on house siding, instead of properly cleaning/removing this prior to painting.  They painted over the lights on the exterior of the house instead of removing prior to painting. Contract stated that soffit vents were to be installed on both sides of the house.  Contractor only installed soffit vents on one side of the house and did not inform me of this.  I paid contractor in full ($14,258.00) and found out later that the soffit vents were not installed on both sides of house.  December 7, 2015, I informed contractor I wanted him to install the missing soffit vents and needed the roof warranty paperwork.  Contractor told me he would send me the paperwork for the roof warranty. We still have not received the roof warranty. Jan 6, 2016 he responded to my request saying he would install the missing soffit vents, he still has not completed the work.  I have not heard from him since and have not received the roof warranty.  His phone has been disconected, voice mailboxes are full on other phone lines he has. We have texted, emailed and called he refuses to return any form of contact.  We have been forced to contact the roofing supplier ourselves in an attempt to obtain our rightfull warranty. We are not sure if they will be able to link the contractor to our roof. Plus our contract included a 10 year warranty on the workmanship and the company won't even respond to our requests to just finish the job they were paid for. I can only imagine trying to get them to stand by their workmanship warranty.

"The roof is not leaking and dry inside. They smushed a couple of my gutters and did not fix them now I need to fix that because water is not draining properly away from the house. They forgot to install the vents we payed for then were not sure if I paid for them. Had to present the contract (that did not note everything that I paid for) and all the texts to showcase that was part of the job. The replacement boards on the rake that needed to be replaced were put up without being primed I need to hustle and do that before too long. They work hard and fast but seem too busy to do 100% accurate things that leave you with a finished roof. I paid over $10,000 and need to fix my gutters and prime the rake(replacement wood). I also did not trust if they had knowledge about how many vents is best for my house, they left it up to me. I decided only 3 due to the size and have since seen smaller houses with 5. Plus I said I do not think it is necessary on the part of the roof with a vaulted ceiling (no attic inside) portion of the roof, they said ok. I have since seen roofs with vaulted ceilings and vents also on that roof. Good hard workers, more knowledge and time with proper finish work would have been 5 stars. This is an update on January 3, 2022, to the above original review. They gave me a ten-year warranty on their work. Today I woke up to drips coming down one of the pipe stacks that extend through the roof and into my home. I texted them and no one has responded. Given she was upset about my review but did not respond by saying hey we want to make good on that, I do not trust they will come and fix the now leaking roof, it has been one year since install. I will update in the event they keep their word on warranty of work."
