He was very clear with the iCornerstone process, and the benefits of using this process. He is meticulous in measuring and understanding the existing structure. There are no guesstimates and all cost projections are based on the actual materials and labor needed to complete the work. Having such clarity regarding costs before any work begins is not something I've seen in this industry prior to this experience. It was certainly a welcome change. We now have plans for a home addition and complete control over the project. We decide the scope and can customize the plan to our budget. "Workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness were above average. I have no complaints about anything that was done. I only have one issue which was with communication. Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."
