"I hired Jim Burkhead to inspect my home on October 29th, 2025 before purchase. His report said the roof and moisture conditions were satisfactory. Within days of moving in on November 19th, our contractor found severe hidden issues: active roof leaks, soaked insulation, wood rot, mold in the walls and ceiling, and improperly installed metal roofing where sunlight was visible through gaps. Repairs cost $3,600. For weeks he ignored my emails and texts, then repeatedly tried calling me to ?talk on the phone? instead of addressing it in writing like I had requested numerous times. I gave him a written deadline to refund the inspection fee or I?d file a complaint with the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors; he missed the deadline and still hasn?t taken responsibility. Buyers beware! My experience shows why it?s critical to hire an inspector who fully documents findings and stands behind their work."

"Anthony and his crew did a great job insulating our home and sealing around the vents - he was prompt with both estimates and work, very competitively priced and straightforward about what we needed and what we didn’t need. For the work itself, he communicated very clearly leading up to it what to expect, showed up on time and finished the job in less time than promised, even with a very thorough clean-up. Looking forward to seeing lower energy bills in the coming months! Highly recommend Anthony Cunningham and InsulateKY.com for your insulation needs."
