This is the post-COVID reality. The owner/supervisor was very confident of his price and his company's craft -- there was no pressure sales tactics or mind games at all, which gave me confidence. Indeed, the work went exactly the way he described it would go, with no delay or any cause for anxiety on my part. Halfway through I asked him to also repaint my garage door and water drainage; they gave me a reasonable price for that, and the foreman even painted faded areas I didn't have time to ask him to do. Overall I was very satisfied. One always have to wait a bit to see how the new stucco withstand the New Mexico weather, but I don't anticipate problems. "the job was completed by 2 men but the fence & gate are not lined up straight; more of a zigzag & gate did not close properly so I had to have someone else redo the gate closure. They did not use a plumb line; just eyeballed it... Luckily it's in my backyard so not many people see it. At least they got the job done quickly right after I moved into my new home & needed a safe place to keep our dogs.
