"Perfectly. Mr. Gravette returned my call promptly and asked questions about my problem so that he would have a good idea of my situation before he made the service call. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options. He could replace the circuit board or repair the board himself. He advised me that the repair might last a few days or indefinitely. I chose for repair...a fraction of the cost of a new circuit board. Service was on 8/26/16. It is now 2/1/17 and the oven is working perfectly.
