"At first, I tried to clean the tile on my own with a mop and bucket, but it became apparent that the job was too big for me to do properly.  I also researched sealing it myself.   I called the Premier company to get an idea of what it might cost to hire the work out and save myself the hard work.  They sent out a very nice, well mannered, well spoken, and personable young gentleman who discussed the problem with me and answered the  many questions I had.  He measured the rooms and gave me a written estimate of the work and cost.  I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that I hired him on the spot for the job.  They called the next day and set a date and time to do the work.  The same young man showed up on time, with a good attitude, ready to do the work, and work he did.  I don't even think he took a break.   He used a big scrubbing machine to scrub the newly installed tile and grout and it also sucked up the dirty <br /> water, or I suppose cleaning solution (which after use looked like chocolate milk).  This removed all that tile "haze" and left the tile and grout very clean.  When I saw how dark the cleaning water was after the floors were scrubbed by the machine, I knew I could never have done the job as well by hand with mop and bucket.  Then, when the grout was dry, he applied a sealer to all the grout lines.  Grout is porous and if you don't seal it, liquids can sink into the grout and may stain it.  As I had a light colored grout, I definitely wanted it sealed. I researched doing it myself and comparing what it would have cost me to buy a good sealer and apply it myself, it was worth it to just hire Premier and let them do the work.  In short, Premier showed up on time, with a good attitude, got right to work, and did a good job.  The tile/grout were deep cleaned and the grout sealed.  Premier was a pleasure to work with.    I would certainly hire them again. <br />"
