"Easy to work with and took great care in explaining everything. Follow up was spot on. Would recommend them to everyone."

"As home buyers, we have engaged Accurate Inspections, Inc. to inspect two homes for us (I have reviewed their work separately), and in both cases, they have arranged for E & G Exterminators Inc to conduct wood-destroying insect inspections at the same time (we have paid E & G separately, and it is our understanding that there is no relationship between the companies). While the first exterminator was professional and thorough, the second was neither.

Well into our second home inspection, our home inspector called E & G to confirm that the exterminator was coming. He arrived shortly thereafter, complaining about the number of jobs he had that day and the distance between them. While it was Memorial Day, and we appreciated him being there at all, that does not justify his lack of professionalism (as he pointed out, he was being paid overtime). The exterminator then conducted his inspection but failed to notice some of the evidence of wood-destroying insects that our home inspector had already flagged for us. Fortunately, our home inspector was there to share the additional evidence with the exterminator. Ultimately, the exterminator quoted us over $1,000 for treatment ("a deal"), but he said that before proceeding, the sellers would need to clear their garage so that the exterminator could conduct a more thorough inspection.

We engaged a second exterminator to conduct a follow-up inspection, and he (a) did not charge us for the inspection, (b) completed it without requiring that the sellers clear their garage, (c) quoted us less than $1,000 for treatment, and (d) generally inspired more confidence.

"Bait and switch on warranty, but gutter cleaning service was good and effective to date."

"The rep was very nice, knowledgeable. He found the nest, which wasn't where he or I thought it would be at first. He was very polite and pleasant."

"I had a fantastic experience with Ehrlich Southeast. Their customer service was excellent, from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the service. Their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they ensured my property was pest-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services."

"I noticed there were several wasps flying in and out of my roof eave. I contacted Arkadia Pest Control because they have an A rating and over 100 review on Angie’s List. I requested to have the wasps in my attic exterminated. A technical arrived the following day. The technician explained his plan of attack in detail. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my safety concerns. He was able to quickly locate the nest in the attic. Not only did the technician kill the wasps he removed the entire nest from the attic to dispose of it. At my request, the technician filled the void in the attic with gap filler at no extra change! Arkadia pest control fee includes a 3 month warranty which is generous. If I encounter any pest in the future I will contact Arcadia again."
