"The experienced was great! From the salesman, to the admin. staff, to the production manager, to the installers was all professional. Was very impressed with the installers. They briefed us each day as to what they would be working on that day and outbriefed us at the end of each day as to what was actually accomplished. We had several days of rain during the installation but the installers would call and let us know when they expected to resume installation. We made changes during the installation and everyone was very receptive. We give them an "A" +."

"We freaked out when we first saw the water coming into our basement and called the first companies we could think of (Bigger companies that you hear on the radio). The first one could not get out to even look and give a quote for 2 weeks. The second was 3 weeks. After a couple of days of calming down, we called a company that looked good, would fix the leak, and not make a major production of trying to repair the foundation. After 2 tries, they would not call back. Based on the ratings on Angie's List, we called A Best Dry Waterproofing. It looked like they would do about the same as the one that would not call back. Well holy cow!! Not only did he call back, but within 1 (one !!) week he had come out, given a quote, and had it fixed. Everything was done from outside, no major foundation work, no cutting troughs inside the basement. If the big names cannot even get out to give a quote for 2 or 3 weeks, how long would it take to actually fix it? Every time it rains, water would run in and waiting weeks or months was just aggravating and stressful. I would definitely use them again, but hopefully won't need to. If you don't want to watch your basement flood every time it rains while waiting for someone that is too busy to even give a quote, do yourself a favor and at least let them provide a quote."

Professional - using top-grade materials but also being practical to use materials when appropriate that helped us meet our budget. Professional - always standing behind their work. Even Cedarwood makes the occasional error, but the difference is they identify the mistake before we found it, and re-work the task at their cost to make it right. Professional - Getting it done on time. No false timelines are promised, instead outline the expectations and equally important, keep us in the loop as to bumps and changes that come along. They understand communication with us is critical. Professional - not the least expensive but more than a fair price reflecting the superior quality product they deliver. These are the differences and why we chose Cedarwood Forest instead of “a guy who builds decks”."
