"We have been thoroughly pleased with the services provided by Scenic View landscaping. We began using Frankie and his company many years ago when we lived in our first house. The designed and built a paver patio with custom grilling area in our backyard. Frankie created a design, so we were able to get the best use out of our small backyard.
