"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "My first review was great . But after two weeks I feel I had to follow up with the disappointed results . After I called and told Juan about my flowers dying out already , he first quickly blamed the weather and me not watering enough( which was completly false ). He ended up changing my two dying flowers with to new one (supposedly ) . They looked exactly like the same ones That we're dying. Two weeks go by and now I have 4 more flowers with mold spots and now they are dying as well. I called and texted Juan , but now he doesn't return my calls or text . Also don't let him talk you into putting in a water sprinkler system , you can easily do this yourself by just basic watering . He will press you on it , so consumer beware . . I had high hopes for Juan and his team , very disappointed"
