I am only giving 4.5 stars for now because the job is not finished, but he really cares about the treatment and gave us a 90 day plan to make sure that we would no longer have a cockroach infestation. "Drew was very courteous and knowledgeable.  He used one type of control inside and applied the substance at every place in the house where I told him I had seen the ants - the kitchen, primarily, the front hall, the TV/office room, an upstairs bedroom.  He was very careful to get the substance into the cracks and crevices and corners and he explained to me very carefully how the substance would not hurt my cats.

He spent a lot of time outside too coating underneath the entryway doors - front and back - and along the sides of the main front entryway, all where they seem to enter the house.

He also checked the basement very thoroughly to determine if there were any signs of the ants.
