"John and company just took a hardwood floor that was installed in 1957 and made it look new. His attention to detail and the labor he puts in absolutely shows in the final product. Not only did we get an outstanding job but we also found it a joy to work with John. Our closing date kept changing and the start work date was tied to that so John just adapted and got us in his schedule two weeks after we closed. We are very thankful to have found John Robbins Floor Finishing Company and would recommend them highly."

"We were prepping a condo for sale and they were able to come on very short notice as we live 2 hours away and were going there to meet other contractors. Arturo was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and he even covered cabinets and appliances with plastic before he started."

"Excellent Installers. Did a thorough job. They provided us a lot of tips into keeping new floor clean. Assisted us a little in putting back the heavy equipment properly. Enjoyed the fact you can pay in installments with no interest for 1 yr. The project went ahead of schedule- which was helpful. 2 day project finished in 1 day. 2nd day came for quick and final inspection."

"Very professional. Installed a floating vinyl floor in the basement. Looks great."

"Had a great experience with this company! They were professional and knowledgeable and provided with satisfactory answers to all of my questions. Highly recommend them!"

"He is a man of his word. Always on time and commucate when he will not be. Affordable price"

"I would have put 4 stars because, although the floors were done beautifully, there was some lousy communication during the process. The crew was supposed to be completely done by Thursday, so I started going about my day in the house on Friday and was unpleasantly surprised to see them show up to "finish". They also left a giant pile of trash on my lawn after completing the job (not just sawdust which I expected, but a pile of carpet padding which was not from my house). It was difficult to get in touch with anyone to get answers for a few days over the weekend. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is that, when I finally did get a response, I talked directly with Marteen the CEO, who was very apologetic about the trash and lack of communication regarding the crew's need for an extended timeline, and came by to remove the trash himself. He checked in afterwards to make sure I felt better about the whole experience. The crew actually did an amazing job on the floors and they look brand new, I just wish their mindfulness and communication during the job was a bit better. So what would have been 4 stars is definitely 5, and Marteen's effort is the reason. I've been recommending TLC since. If you want your hardwood floors to look amazing without paying through the roof, TLC is the place to go."

"I needed to have the old flooring removed and the new flooring put down. They team was very professional. They realized the subflooring was messed up in a section and made sure to stop and communicate so the job can be doone correctly. I appreciated that factor and was able to approve a replacement of the messed up board the great thing was they were still able to finish the job in the time frame they originally stated! I plan to use them for all jobs moving forward. Priced fair, quality work, and friendly and professional!"

"Marcos and his team did an amazing job in my home. I had new flooring put in on my first floor and my wood railing refinished. I am extremely happy with their work and would highly, highly recommend them for any flooring or wood refinishing project you are looking to do."

"Quick and professional service, came out right away and got the job done! Will be using them again if needed. Anthony was very communicative and educated me on many things I did not know of!"
