"This is our first time using TE Certified Electricians and we couldn't be any happier! The inexpensive fluorescent undercounter lighting installed in our kitchen in 1998 had reached the end of its useful life so we contracted with TE Certified Electricians to remove the old fixtures and install new LED lights. Clay was our electrician and he did a marvelous job! The original light fixtures were not installed to code (had exposed Romex cable) and only four of the original fixtures turned on at the wall switch (the other two had to be controlled individually using the fixture on/off switch). Clay installed seven new LED fixtures and brought all of the wiring up to code. To top it off, he was able to get all seven LED fixtures on a single dimmer switch so we can now easily turn all the LED lights on & off and dim the lights to suit the time of the day! Great work, Clay----even though the undercounter lighting is hidden from plain view, it is professionally done with all of the problems of the original installation corrected!  The price was a little more than we expected but, for the money, we were extremely pleased with the outcome.

"Our central air conditioning unit stopped working on a weekday afternoon and the indoor temperature quickly rose to 85 degrees. I called Ragsdale's emergency service after hours. A real person took my information and a service tech called me back within 20 minutes to say that he would be at my house that night. He showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. My unit is 18 years old and had not been cleaned in several years. The tech replaced the capacitor and fan motor, added coolant, cleaned the coils, checked pressure and performed several tests. Repair and clean up took about 90 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing on each step, told me the available repair options and their costs, and gave me pointers on how to spot a faulty unit. Our A/C now blows out colder air than prior to repair. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again."

"Outstanding company of real professionals. Work performed: 1. All power receptacles and switches were upgraded (new parts replaced old, wornout parts). 2. Assembled and install two (2) new customer supplied ceiling fans . 3. Provided and installed new 15A convenience 0utlet. 4. Provided and installed single pole 15A/20A arc fault breaker I have an eye for detail. Minor discrepancies leap out to me as well as minor work done well. Perhaps, twenty-two years in the military created this effect upon me. Sometimes it's a blessing and sometimes a curse as I find myself unable to accept minor, shoddy work. Example: All of the screws to the new face plates for receptacles and switches were oriented with the screwdriver slots in the vertical position. This was not done by chance by the team's three electricians but by their attention to detail and uniformity. If the small things are done perfectly, I feel it is safe to assume that all of the larger work is too. I have four more electrical projects to be accomplished and TE Certified Electricians will be my "go-to" company for these activities. I highly recommend TE Certified Electricians for your electrical projects."

"Zack and the other technician who installed my AC and heating unit were very professional. They arrived on time and put on booties to cover their shoes before coming into my house. Zack verified the system I was having installed. They laid down traps on the stairs and down the hall. After they had completed the installation, he showed me the new unit and explained what they have installed. Zack explained the new thermostats installed and they cleaned up before leaving. They did an awesome job. The entire experience with Cool Ray starting with the initial technician visit, by Cameron Long, the Comfort Consultant, Esli Lara and the installation by Zack was amazing."
