Original contractor installed the windows & did a lot of work on the roof but were very slow & work was sub-par.....they also had issues getting project permitted & I finally had to let them go. I was in a real bind to get repairs completed as I was in the middle of re-financing house when the storm hit. I contacted Commonwealth & they were able to come out & assess what needed to be done. They got the permits right away & got started. Most of the previous work had to be re-done....they removed the windows & added headers & proper support & re-installed, repaired roof & re-built front porch. All work was done professionally & in a timely manner. Also installed interior trim (baseboards/windowsills/frame) in sunroom, which I requested at the last minute, so house would be ready for appraisal. They did a nice job matching the original trim on older home. Would definitely hire again."
