"Comment: John was very professional and did an exceptional job on our deck project replacing deteriorated deck boards, steps, stringers and railing. During the project other issues were discovered with rotten ledger boards, beauty band, etc. and he repaired/replaced those at the same time. We were also replacing all railing with another type and he had great suggestions that turned out beautifully. Some of our structures were not straight or level but John has the experience, knowledge and skills to work with this. I was very pleased with precautions taken to protect our home and surrounding property to prevent damage and that debris was removed every day instead of waiting until end of the job. Communication with the office was abominable. Time after time we were told to expect this or that follow up. Nope. Inspections were not scheduled in a timely manner. Trying to submit payments through Buildertrend was a nightmare. We were initially very impressed with Andrew and Will, but never heard from them again except to try to track down the project manager. This could be a great company but we suspect they have bitten off more than they can chew. We would not recommend Tri Cities Remodeling."
