"Steve and his crew were very professional and courteous. He answered a few concerns we had and offered good suggestions. He was very easy to communicate with and responded back quickly. Our deck and stairs were in bad shape. They replaced all of the top railings and most of the deck boards. The stairs were really bad and they look fantastic now. There were also a few non-deck related issues we had around the house and they were taken care of to our satisfaction. "The "completed" project met our expectations but a couple of loose ends were not tied up (no biggie). Mark and Quincy worked hard and very professionally. Communication with the office was abominable. Time after time we were told to expect this or that follow up. Nope. Inspections were not scheduled in a timely manner. Trying to submit payments through Buildertrend was a nightmare. We were initially very impressed with Andrew and Will, but never heard from them again except to try to track down the project manager. This could be a great company but we suspect they have bitten off more than they can chew. We would not recommend Tri Cities Remodeling."
