Started on date as promised, took longer than expected, but did have people here everyday, but took longer for custom glass shower enclosure than expected. "Jimmy did a fantastic job from start to finish. This was not something our family anticipated was going bad and he managed to fit my family into his schedule that same day. He communicated with me every single step of the way with each task that needed to be preformed and kept me updated with the progress good or bad. Good news, he could fix the problem, bad news we were going to have to replace the entire pump. I was sent detailed pictures of the problem, along with the explanation of why this wasn’t just a simple repair and long term vs short term solutions. When the replacement was finished, he cleaned up the entire mess and sent pictures/videos of the working pump. Works great and we haven’t had any issues since.
