"Mr. Jason Edwards fixed the issue in my 10 year old Whirlpool Gold fridge. Ice maker suddenly stopped making ice. Jason spent 1.5 hours trying yo identify the issue. No electric current reaches the maker, but it was very difficult to find out from where is the current cutoff. Rather than changing parts, Jason took few days researching the unique issue and came back. he removed the freezer door and inspected the group of wires feeding the freezer door at the bottom. Voila, a power wire was severed at the bottom. he put an electric junction, put the door back on and back in business. Highly recommend Jason for any house appliance repair/issues. Very reasonable cost at $177 for all the effort. Very professional."

"John was prompt and courteous. He was diligent and careful about his work which I appreciated. Our documentation did not show the codes the unit was showing. John ordered and replaced the unit and then researched the codes. When the new unit proved not o be the issue, he refunded the cost and worked through the documentation he found (not easily provided by the manufacturer). The unit is now working perfectly and we will definitely contact John for any future servicing required."
