Finally, he set up a speaker that broadcasts timed recordings of bird distress calls and predator bird calls. He came back a week later and painted the repairs, using paint we gave him. Final report- we have not seen the woodpecker since. Nice job!"

"Michael was responsive and did a good job.  In addition to the initial visit, he did come back a week later to check his work.  A week after his second visit to Mom's home, however, I found a mouse in Mom's house.  The mouse was probably already poisoned; it didn't act "right".   I called Michael and he said he would come back within a few days.  He did not come back.  However, we never saw/heard another mouse.  In the end I can say that the pest problem was resolved.  Michael was much more thorough than the other company I'd been using.
