Jameson (inspector) and Uriel (technician who performed the treatment) have the utmost respect for your property and personal safety. They entered our home with booties and masks at all time unlike the previous company that did not. I did not have clean up after the work and Uriel was able to match the color on our beams (two different colors) perfectly. To the untrained eye, we couldn't tell where the drilled holes were. We were told by the other company that we would have to buy primer and paint to cover up the treated areas. Jameson's and Uriel's knowledge, customer service and professionalism are outstanding! Their response time is quick and they know how to take good care of their customers. We are so fortunate that we found them to take care of our home. "It is a small company, but they did a very good job. They are actually going to come back as the house next door is being demolished and there are a lot of termites there. I like the fact that the principles of the company are the ones that did the service. The people I talked to and the people that did the work are the same. They provided very good service. They had to coordinate with the roofers and do the job. They were very accommodating. They were very responsive and pleasant to work with. They seemed to know what they were doing. I have not seen any termites after that. They also give two yearly inspections after they do the termite treatment. Their price was not cheaper than anybody else but I got service worth the money.
