There was water coming up through the floor in the bedroom.  I contacted Buddy's Plumbing and they were able to come out and investigate within a couple of hours.  The leak was located in the bedroom wall.  The section of split pipe was replaced.  I was extremely pleased with the work.  The repairmen were very careful not to displace anything, repaired the leak quickly, and cleaned the area well before leaving.  I will definately use Buddy's again as well as recommend them to my friends."

"The day after my living room ceiling collapsed (in July 2015) Ryan and Adam of Sooner State Home Repair arrived to cover the gaping hole in the ceiling with a large sheet of plastic and to help me contact my insurance company. Adam met with the adjuster in order to assist with his evaluation of the damage. Sooner State made follow up telephone calls to my insurance company after the adjuster submitted his report in order to insure that all repairs were covered. Because of all the dust and fiberglass that were generated by the collapsed ceiling, the crew thoroughly cleaned the room and covered all items that could not be removed before reconstruction could begin. All doors and walls were covered as well. Two attic rafters had to be framed before drywall and insulation could be installed.  Once the living room was completed, the crew covered everything in the kitchen before dropping the ceiling in order to prepare for its replacement. (Note: both the insurance adjuster and my contractors agreed that a slight bulge in the kitchen ceiling drywall indicated that it was due for replacement.) After the kitchen ceiling drywall and insulation were installed, both ceilings were painted, a new ceiling fan was installed in the living room and 5 pot lights were added to the kitchen ceiling. A few days later, my air ducts were professionally cleaned. Finally at least 5 hours were spent thoroughly cleaning both rooms. I can honestly say that my house has never looked better! Everything this construction crew did (drywall, insulation, painting, electrical, framing, cleaning) was done with expertise and professionalism ."

"My house is nearly 60 years old, and all original iron pipe components have started to reach their end of life. I chose Weir Family Plumbing because of an honest estimate, breakdown of what may be involved and what work would be performed, and was very reassured when speaking on the phone with Brandon, who was able to come out and assess my needs the same day. After taking a look at my bathroom and fixtures, he presented an estimate that was much lower than I anticipated. He scheduled me the same week and arrived when he promised, and was able to get everything done promptly. I expected a few unexpected things to happen with the age of my home but he was prepared and didn't have to leave to get anything. When the plumbing work was finished he was able to show me the work and explain what he did in a very easy to understand fashion, and afterwards he finished the light tile repair and cleaned up my bathroom and the other side of the wall he had to access to get to the tub fixture was put back together very nicely, and it looked excellent. Before he left, he showed me how to use the new faucet fixture and showed me everything working properly and was very easy and friendly to talk to, and didn't mind when I checked in while he was working. When everything was completed and he left, I felt very confident in using my bathroom as intended, and I haven't had any issues since the repairs were done. "They did a whole house electrical inspection a couple of months ago, and they even changed out burned out light bulbs for me.  I give them a B on the price; they're a little high, but they do a good job.  I didn't even ask them; they just said have you got any extra bulbs, we will change them out for you. They weren't repairing anything, they were just inspecting to make sure my electrical system was working.  I've had an air conditioner, a heater, a whole house generator, and a whole house humidifier put in by them.  They do annual electric and plumbing inspections as well as heat and air inspections, they are always extremely nice and do a good job when they do an installation, and I appreciate the inspections that are free.  They did an inspection last winter on the heater, but no work actually.  When they installed the new heater, it's worked just fine.  They just inspect it on a yearly basis."
