"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

"There may have been a miscommunication. I feel they did not replace all the necessary pieces of siding. There were at least 5 other pieces that should have been replaced. They only replaced what they deemed was necessary to replace without consulting the customer. The other 5 pieces were soft and you can push a finger into the siding. Make sure you are in agreement on what needs replacing and get it in writing before using this company."
