"The first vinyl was crooked. They didn't take it up, they laid another one on top and it didn't fit. Then we went to ceramic tile and they gave us everything we have put into the vinyl, money wise, into the ceramics so I really can't complain, it wasn't their fault but it went on for several months to get all these straightened out. It was pretty expensive because the original floor had asbestos on it and we opted to have an asbestos remover to come and remove it and so that pushed the price way up of actually having the floor done. I don't have anything bad about them but it was just a bad situation. I don't think I'm going to use them again."
