"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"It went extremely well. The installers were very professional. They made sure everything was done correctly. If a problem was found, they made it right! Our house is older and they made sure it was fixed appropriately. Dave, the owner communicated at each step and kept us informed and updated. Two of the employees were especially professional and skilled, Chad and John. We did this big remodel because we both just retired. We could not be more pleased as we plan on staying here. He took detailed photos, reviewed them with me and offered to work with my insurance company to get a roof replacement approved. Everything Nick said and did was truthful and helpful. I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"After seeing the Big Deal for a new roof in my email, I contacted JPR and asked for an estimate to see how much overage my house would be, due to size and the steepness of the roof.  Joe came to our house the following day and was wonderful in speaking with us about the possibilities.  We had him include in the estimate, not only the new roof, but also a new guttering system around our entire house.  The estimate he gave was very reasonable.
Joe arranged with us a time to begin work on our home.  When the crew arrived, they got straight to work.  There were several people working on our house and arrangements had already been made with the City of Lawrence for an inspector to come, once the roofing was removed, to check the decking, as indicated by the permit.  Only a few pieces of decking were needed, which they quickly replaced and continued installing the new roof.
 
In the end, the roof looks fabulous, the guttering has already proven itself with the first storm and we are very glad we used JPR.  I would certainly be willing to use them again in the future for other needs.  I would recommend them to others.
