"I called on Monday and they were able to come out the next morning. Jamie, the plumber who came, arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. as scheduled. First he showed me a couple of tricks that I could try in the future, but that didn't work. So, he brought in the heavy duty sink drain snake and went to work. He was here for an hour, was very courteous and professional and got the job done! He also suggested that once a month, I should fill both sinks with hot water and Dawn and then pull the stoppers at the same time. This should clear out any grease build-up. I never put grease in my drains, but he said even the little bit that gets rinsed off of plates and what the dishwasher cleans off, can cause a clog to form, over time. Good to know. I was very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to use Joe Lay & Sons again!"

I contacted Fayette Heating and air because they advertised worked weekends at same charge. Initially I was annoyed I needed to join the Comfey Club to get priority service, but I have ended up being very pleased with the club program and have even renewed it for another year. All of the repair people I have dealt with have been personable and professional. I saw a review on the pricing that indicated higher than average. I estimate home repairs in my job and confirmed the pricing was within the market price for the area. I feel it can be done cheaper, but the service and quality of people in my home are important to me. As part of the club, I recently had a plumbing review.
