"This is a great company.  I had to have a lot of work done to my house last year due to the tornado.  After getting a new roof, siding, windows, and blown in insulation, I realized my old soffit was torn up beyond repair, too.  I called JVB, and someone came out that day to look at my house, determine what would work, and write me up a bid.  I accepted the deal, and he scheduled me for six to eight weeks later.  He had a lot of other jobs lined up first because a lot of other people needed tornado repairs, too.  Seven weeks later, the workers called me and scheduled my soffit installation.  They showed up on time, did the job quickly, and were courteous and professional.  I am so happy with my new soffit.  It's durable, has hidden vents, and it looks beautiful.  I know now in the future who to call if I need siding or windows, too.  You pay a little more up front, but you end with a high quality, long lasting product so it's worth it."

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "I would like to give Harris Renovations a very positive recommendation based on the huge amount of work they did to my house. They replaced sticky, laminate flooring with engineered hardwood. They painted the entire interior, replaced light fixtures, and updated old outlets. Craig installed energy efficient windows. Casey built a custom bathroom vanity for me from an antique dresser I bought at a flea market. They really did a fantastic job. Since then, I have hired them to build a deck. And, they are currently building a craftsman-style cottage with a porch that I plan to use for storage."

"We bought an older home and had toilet backup issues just a few weeks after moving in. I called 3 "A" rated plumbers on Angie's List. Jack was very reasonably priced when compared to the other two I contacted (one of those companies wanted $370/hr on the weekend). Jack spent a 1/2 day trying to clear obstructions from the downstairs toilet -- he pulled out cotton shop towels, masking tape and other items likely left by remodelers hired by the previous owner. He also pulled tree roots out which was a bad sign. Unable to clear the blockage, he brought a crew back on Monday to trace the line using an electronic device. Since the line didn't have cleanouts, it's wasn't apparent how the line went from the house to the street. Jack brought an excavator and proceeded to take out the old line (which was packed full) and clear blockages both to the house and from the curb to the street. He installed new PVC pipe with 3 cleanouts. I'm thankful that we were able to connect to existing pipe and didn't have to tear up the new patio. Jack and his crew are a hard workers - spending 11+ hours on this job. He had given me a quote prior to doing the work and actually gave a significant discount since he didn't have to dig as deep as originally thought (4 ft. vs. 7 ft). I would trust him to do any work I have in the future and he will be the first one I call."

"We had them replace our rear deck about a year ago, did a great job. Posted a review here on that job. They did some external wood trim on the upper patio to tie things together. They pressured washed both decks. The new rear deck is a single level. The front deck has three levels. Were very clean during the pressure washing and ensured that no mess was left behind after. They stained the rear deck and made sure that everything was covered and sealed completely before starting. After they sprayed everything was cleaned very well. They spent a lot of time making sure that the siding on house was clean and free from any stain. After they painted the front after prepping the area completely. Gave the deck two coats of solid color stain. Gave the top deck a third coat because they were not happy with just two coats. Cleaned everything up and left nothing behind. Overall great job again by them and are planning on having them remodel our bathroom shortly. <br />"

"I wasn't pleased with the aftermath. He was good and honest and all but he left such a mess and stained up my kitchen with some kind of de clogger that stained my kitchen black. When he came back I showed him and he said "Oh I guess I did do that!" He was a nice man but I wouldn't call him back. He had such an 'A-rating' on the website. Unfortunately we were reluctant to get back on it and grade him. I was please with his personality and he even had a great crew working for him but it was just that I wasn't pleased with the outcome. The sink still gurgles but it doesn't overflow. He had to make a big hole in the yard and was going to go across the patio and my husband discussed that he go around the patio so he wouldn't have to chew it all up. He left the goop in his workplace outside and it wasn't even covered and I got out there and cleaned that up but Inside he built a brick wall than ran to the outside and filled it with foam and all the water and debris was left under the sink with all my cleaning supplies. So it was one thing after another. I had initially wrote to them about my problems. He came several time within the same time frame when I reported my plumbing issues and he came out quickly. That was last year. So he was a nice man and his crew members were very hard workers but their cleanup was poor."

"Home Pro did an excellent job on our window replacement. From purchase to install the staff answered questions and concerns in a timely fashion. The quality of the window was excellent. The installers worked steadily and were meticulous with their task. Having priced replacement windows in the past, I knew the pricing was fair. It included removal and they took away the old windows. Their policy of reusing or repurposing material no longer used was explained and appreciated! We plan on purchasing from Home Pro in the future!"
