We got a dog and I paid to have this fence put in. 6 weeks later, it's clear the dog is just not working out for our family and I call them and ask if I might sell them back at least the collar piece. They say they give a full, no questions asked type warranty for I believe 6 months or something like that, and insist on a full refund. I say no, please, it took a good 2 hours to install the wire around my house -- let me pay for your out of pocket expenses! They insist on a full refund -- They are great, I'd absolutely use again. "Great! Dennis is a good guy who did a fantastic job on our house. He is extremely conscientious and very easy to work with. All the other painters we talked with before choosing Dennis were going to spray & back roll. Dennis was the only one to spray and back brush and I think it made a difference. He worked very hard and the house looks wonderful. He was extremely responsive and agreeable to any changes we wanted to make, and almost always identified any touch-up areas before I even had a chance to mention them. He was very patient as we chose our colors, and helped brush on a few of them before we committed to a color. We will definitely use him again for other painting projects and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a painter. The final cost of the project was a little higher than Dennis estimated because our house sucked up the paint a bit more than he anticipated. However, the final cost was still less expensive or similar to other quotes we received."

Pete the project manger was very nice & easy to deal with. Updates were right as things happened as they said it would. Reese & Ryan were our installers. 4 windows & a door. Very pleasant guys! It's an old house so they found a few issues along the way but took care of them. I witnessed MANY extra steps that they were taking along the way & it was really nice to see. Just don't see that much anymore... All in all a great experience! We are very happy with the end result & will for sure hire them again.... The only complaint would be it was pushed out a couple times but what isn't these days...."
