"From initial call to Garage Door Services to the completion of repairs, I was treated politely and respectfully. The technician was here within an hour and a half of contact. He explained in detail what needed to be done and the approximate time it would take and the cost estimate. I asked a lot of questions, especially about safety because I am in a neighborhood with lots of children, and realize the importance of garage doors working properly to avoid accidents and injuries. The technition graciously and throughly answered each one. He was extremely professional and understanding of my concerns.
I would recommend this company to any and everyone in need of repair to garage doors. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will call them whenever I need garage repair services in the future!"

"We have been a customer of Precision Garage Door for several years, both in San Marcos and now San Antonio, and we’re always very pleased with the products and services. Our latest transaction with Precision was to replace an old garage door (we had already replaced the opener with Precision a couple of years ago). I started on the website to take a look at the general styles and options for the doors. The website is very helpful as a starting point: I got to “test drive” different doors in different colors and against different exterior siding to get a good idea of what the doors looked like. For the appointment to get a quote and order the door, Jason Dawson was great to work with. He was very thorough and listened well. He mentioned different options that I might be interested in and was very knowledgeable about the products. The door installation was performed by Ronnie Garcez, who did a great job! Ronnie is very personable and knowledgeable. He took time to make sure everything was working properly before he left, and thoroughly answered any questions that I had. The door itself exceeded our expectations – it’s even more good-looking than I had anticipated. We had insulation added to the door and are impressed by the clean and sturdy way it is installed. The door opens and closes so smoothly and quietly, we love it."

"job well done i would recomend to anyone who needs garage door repairs. thanks. Richard beserra."

"Vendor contacted us very quickly and requested some basic information like door dimensions and photo. A quote was given online. Once we decided to proceed, vendor's employee arrived at designed time to remove door and replace with a temporary. We were told the work would take 1 week, and it did. We got a call on the morning of the day door was to be returned, and the employee arrived at the appointed time. The quality of the work was excellent. We have already recommended the vendor to friends."

"I recently hired SanTex for a garage door install, and I couldn?t be more impressed with their service. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and efficient, scheduling an appointment at a time that worked perfectly for me. Marcos arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener. What stood out to me the most was their transparency and honesty. They gave me a clear breakdown of the problem, the parts needed, and the cost before starting the work. The install was done in no time, and my garage door is now running smoother than ever. I also appreciated how clean and respectful Marcos was, ensuring everything was left in great condition. My experience was hassle-free and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend SanTex for anyone in need of garage door repair or maintenance!"

"Took photos of my roof to show me what need repair/replacement. Replaced all rubber boots."

"Very well. Door broke late Friday afternoon after 4:30. Had to get repair done next day--a Saturday because was going out of town for 10 days Sunday.. Thought I had an appointment for Saturday afternoon at 4. No call from that company. Called--they said there was a mistake--appointent supposed to be for Sunday. I began hurriedly calling around, scrolling through Angie's List to find still open repair places. Having to leave voice mail messages without knowing when they might be returned. Brodie Commercial returned call and text within 5 minutes as their answering machine promised. Then, although they were extremely busy with other calls did get to my garage door by 9 pm Saturday night.."
