When Phil came out, I explained my daughter’s situation, and that I wanted to explore the least expensive, acceptable, option. After careful examination, he stated the door could be easily repaired, at a fraction of the cost of replacement. He scheduled Dallas to repair the door later that day. The door was repaired, at the agreed upon price, and operates just great. It’s nice to find a reputable company that is more interested in customer service than just profit. Bradbury Garage Doors kept us informed of appointment times and technician arrival times via text, which was very helpful. I will definitely use Bradbury Garage Doors in the future. I saw Deck Doctor truck in our neighborhood and the owner came by and bid the job, then completed it on time, on budget, and as promised. Built the stairway rails and handrails, power washed and stained the whole structure. Looks beautiful. <br />"

"The entire process took about a week which included - preparation of the areas to be resurfaced, texture coat, color coat, sealing coat.  Also we had the exiting concrete brick planter areas painted with another colored coating product to coordinate with our existing patio and new resurfaced areas. I would estimate that the area resurfaced was about 2000 square feet and about 200 linear feet of 3-4 high brick was recoated. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The concrete for some of the areas was over 30 years old and other parts had been lifted and discolored.  The lifted areas were ground down or floated as needed before the process began.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />You can get a pretty good idea of the various products and applications of the Company by looking at their website. "I contacted National Deck & Stair in October, and everyone I dealt with at the company provided excellent service!   <br /> Upon meeting Bruce, I knew this was going to turn out well.  He was so incredibly thorough in his inspection that he even noticed rust and extensive damage to a supporting rod on my deck and spiral staircase.  I hadn't even asked him to look at it, he just happened to catch it on the way out. WOW -- did I get lucky.  Had Bruce not noticed that damage, I would have incurred costs much greater as time went on.   <br /> I received an estimate for both decks, very reasonable.  As I needed welding (per Bruce's great suggestions), I also needed to revise the estimate due to some unforeseen issues with the metalwork.  Again, the estimate was more than fair.   <br /> The day of the scheduled work, Cesear and William arrived on time, materials in hand ready to go.  Their work ethic was incredible as they  continued to work well past lunch until the work was complete.  I offered them some food thinking they might need a little break as it was well over 85 degrees and sunny, but they only accepted water and continued to work methodically covering every inch of the decks.  I was so impressed by their professionalism, courteousness, and attention to detail; they even painted all around the side edges so everything matched.  Again, WOW!  I felt so fortunate that they were assigned to our project as Cesear and William were remarkable! <br /> I wholeheartedly recommend National Deck and Stair, you will be beyond thrilled with the outcome.  I was so impressed that I recommended them to my neighbors, three of which intend to schedule National Deck and Stair for their deck repair. <br />"

"Juan did all around fantastic job cleaning and sealing our countertops. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and clean (he even wore booties in the house). He was even so kind as to knock quietly and whisper when we told him that our baby would likely be napping when he arrived. <br /> His service was excellent -- he used top-of-the-line product and went above and beyond in taking care of our stone, which needed more help than we realized (and before you ask, no, he didn't tack on extra charges). "We had a slow start at first but that was not because of Ryan's service, we originally contacted him in February and was on his schedule for February 24th, however the current Job he was working took longer as the job apparently had grown into a longer job.  So we scheduled to February 27th, and then the rain started we had several much needed storms coming in and it was very important that the decks were totally dry before coating and it had to be dry for at least 48 hours after the coating.  Our next schedule was on April 8th due to March being off and on rain. <br /> When Ryan arrived at 10:00 in the morning he brought the material the his crew would need to complete the job, his crew was a little late but once the started the job they did a very efficient job and cleaned up after they were done they were very pleasant and professional. All in all we are very happy with Ryan and his crew. <br />"
