"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"provider arrived on time and after brief explanation of what I wanted done, he went to work right away in replacing old water shut off valves.  Very professional, polite and made sure everything was cleaned-up.

"Nice guy and great fix. Thanks."

"We have had Ygal out to our home for repair work on two separate ocassions.  One time he did drywall repair, texture and paint and the next time painting only.  He provided excellent service.  He is a clean, neat guy and very friendly.  The integrity and caring he brings to the job make one feel good about having them into your home.  I highly reccommend them."

"I hired RB construction to strengthen and reinforce the original construction second story deck on my house. RB construction not only removed the seriously deteriorated support members  but removed the decorative trim  which was causing the problems. They also strapped the deck to the house (which the builder failed to do) and also earthquake proofed the deck, going above and beyond the scope of the agreed upon work. RB construction made sure all new lumber was painted  to increase protection from future deterioration.  RB construction provided quick, clean and efficient service while delivering a top quality deck, overbuilt to withstand the elements for years to come."

"Pete was very good fixing the problem. The pull chain broke off inside the unit. I took it apart and tried to fix it myself, but was not able to get to the unit with the chain....so much for being a home mechanic! Pete made one short stop here to get the unit apart. He didn't have a replacement part with him, and to save time I went to Fan Diego store for the replacement, and he installed it on another visit a few days later. Problem solved. He is very friendly and worked well. I am having him back soon to repair another ceiling fan that has quit working.

"The handyman, Quinn, was competent and pleasant, but he communicated poorly with the glass supplier.  One broken bathroom window pane needed to be replaced, and an exact match to the existing glass in the other two panes could not be found.  I told Quinn that I might want to replace all three panes so that they'd match.   After he changed out the broken pane, I decided that I did want to change the other two for an exact match. It was only at that point the glass supplier told Quinn he didn't have matching glass in stock, that it had to be ordered.   Therefore a one day job became a three day job while we waited for the glass to come in, and temporary panes had to be put in so there'd be no holes in the house during a weekend away.   When the "matching" glass came in almost a week later, it was not an exact match - this is frosted bathroom glass, and per the handyman, because the glass was from a different lot, some pieces were more opaque than others.   It's my feeling that SOME of the fault lies with the glass supplier and SOME with the lack of communication between Mr. Handyman and the glass supplier.  The job took 3 times as long as the estimate, and my glass panes are NOT an exact match although that is what I wanted.

"It all went well.  He was originally only doing a tune up based on the big deal, but it became obvious that the parts needed replacement, so this was an additional charge (as expected)
