"I originally called John Wright Construction and Remodeling to do a major remodel of my laundry room. John also owns Advanced Plumbing Services, so I am splitting this review between the two companies, since they were both onsite. As far as the plumbing work, they relocated all of the water, drain and vent lines to new location in laundry room. While they were here I also had them install a new dishwasher. All work went very well with no issues at all."

"Franklins crew arrived as schelduled and after inspeccting the pipes and septic system, determined it was NOT the main drain but merely a busted tub drain that had been damaged during a recent remodel. While there they replaced a p-trap, jetted the lines, emptied the septic tank and replaced the busted pipe. Their crew was AMAZING! They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't go out of their way to break the bank. The work was done in a timely manner and I was notified about each repair or procedure in real time via text or photos or call. We initiated a service request and Jason responded immediately.  He put us on his schedule for 7/15/14, arrived at the appointed time and repaired our leaky shower faucet in the bedroom and installed  new toilet handles in two bathrooms.  He was professional, informative, and polite. He lets you know the depth of the problem and materials required for repairs. His work is EXCELLENT!  We will definitely use Jason Faircloth for future projects.
